Abstrakti
Shoal of cooperation between enterprises:
networking or cartel?
Studies in industrial organisation and
management have focused either on the
sustainability of collusion or on the networking
and the clusters, in the case of cooperation
between enterprises. ln a less degree these
studies have focused on the legality of
cooperation and on the competition legislation.
Essential question is, however, whether
cooperation is following the anti-trust law or not.
The beginning and the grounds of cooperation
are important points and they have effects on
the final shape of the cooperation, too. These
subjects have been considered in this paper by
using some game theoretical aspects.
