Dear authors, reviewers and readers of Suomen antropologi: Journal of the Finnish Anthropological Society, to celebrate our journal’s 50th anniversary, we are delighted to share some exciting news.    1. Suomen antropologi will now accept article and essay manuscripts also in Finnish, even though the primary language of our journal will remain English. 2. All essays will undergo a double-blind peer-review by at least one external reviewer. 3. Suomen antropologi will start to publish peer-reviewed texts as "online first" when the texts are ready for publication.
