Abstrakti
The revolution of learning and technology challenges teaching and education. The scholar’s capacities and abilities are different than they used to be. As work life changes, we must be able to recognize the necessary aptitude of the 2020 century. Through pedagogical leadership we can “clarify” the main goals of education and aptitude. Taking care of the individual’s self-education and communal aptitude are responsibilities that belong to all of us. We must recognize and make use of the possibilities around us to help ourselves evolve. In the future, we will be required to have the ability to make use of the topics we have learned, the ability to adapt to situations and the ability to make use of communal and experiential aptitude. Our task is to develop personal aptitudes and abilities which will help us perform in the future.
