Abstrakti

Abstract Ukraine's current crisis is a continuation of the 1991 Gulf War as a coming of the information warfare to the battlefield, with power. Satellites, real-time data transfer, the kinetic limitation of the use of force and a global media platform have been the factors that have enabled information warfare and operation of the consolidation of the general concepts to the language during the past 25 years. Also, different levels of the Russian information warfare are visible in a significant way during the past spring in Ukraine. Activity on the Internet and on television has been strong. Russia has a clear lead over the United States and closed the catch of information and communication activities
