Abstrakti
Knowledge and deliberation are presuppositions of rational decision making. However, knowledge cannot be complete. Moreover, things do not go in the way we may think but surprises takes place. That is, uncertainty and probability are essentially included into decision process which is a process in time and space. According to Simon (1996) the presupposition of such a process is parallel connection to the external reality. So, knowledge acquisition becomes essential part of decision processes. Intuitive reason is not good enough but also deliberating and calculating reason is needed. Decision making depends not only on knowledge, but realization presuppose skills. Decision making is balance between truthful knowledge, practical experience, but also ability to recognize mistakes in order to learn from them.
