Child protection is a field with high importance concerning early actions to save the children, still often difficult in practice. Co-operation in the network of multi-actors with multi-professionals in challenging. Also the family will meet many separate contacts and instances in the network. On one hand, families do not know their rights with service and support opportunities provided for them, but on the other hand information concerning families´ problems do not reach all the professional actors in the ecosystem either. Case Porvoo in this paper will focus on proactive child protection opportunities, including the vision from the wellbeing of all child families in Porvoo region. Alternative child protection scenarios for the future have their basis on the results from action scenario approach run through in a series of futures workshops in Porvoo region during the year 2015. Scenarios co-created in this process differ from each other in terms of virtual/face-to-face and proactive/reactive. Based on four scenario alternatives, various virtual service concepts for the case family needs were constructed and information needs and data flows in each case analyzed. According to the workshop participants from regional ecosystem, the most desirable scenario seems to be the Promo scenario with proactive actions and virtual services. All the actors, including professionals and family members, will have personal ICT tools to cope with communication needs 24/7.
