Author Guidelines

Futura seeks to be a discussion channel for academics, so personal views are welcome. We prefer a
articulate, clear, and personal style. All articles are expected to refer to relevant articles in the field of
futures research, e.g., in international futures related journals.

Please follow these instructions:
- Add author Information, that is, your name, organisation, title, and / or your degree, your e-mail
address at the top of your manuscript
- Attach a passport-type of picture of yourself, formal or informal as you wish, black and white, or
coloured (both are ok). Remember to mention the name of the photographer
- If you use images / charts / tables, etc., make sure that they are clearly named, and mark their location
inside the text with the caption / table headset. (Note that the images will be printed in black and
white.) Using a screenshot of the image to show its ́ place in the manuscript is appreciated. NB! Send
the actual images or tables as separate image files
- Use only two heading levels, and make sure the headings are clearly labelled
- Do not use uppercase letters, unless the grammar requires it
- Headlines are written in lowercase letters
- Bolded text is not used, cursive if necessary
- Please try to avoid footnotes for technical reasons (endnotes are not used at all)
- Please send us raw text, no text formatting

To be applied to articles only:
- Provide us with an abstract max 200 words (in English)
- Article structure: Author, title, (abstract,) Ingress, raw text
