Metodologista pohdintaa monitahoarvioinnin avulla
Abstrakti
The purpose of the article is to analyse the
methodological principles of interest group
evaluations focusing especially on the multiple
constituency evaluation. The article discusses the
scientific tradition of stakeholder analysis, the
manifestation of the knowledge producer by the
evaluation process and the characteristics of
interest groups. What becomes to the quality of
multiple constituency evaluation as a part of
stakeholder analysis the article concludes to the
sex principles. These principles are: the context
bounded theory, the capability to apply both
qualitative and quantitative methods, the versatility
of data collection, the stakeholder participation,
the ways of forming the evaluation indicators and
criteria, and the possibilities to analyse the
information produced by the evaluation process.
