UNDERSTANDING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE
PERSONNEL IDEA IN SMALL BUSINESS
The aim of the article was to study the problems
of adaptation with regard to human resources from
the favourable trend of 1988 to the depressed state
of the market in 1991. The key adaptation problems
were recruitment, motivation training and dismissal.
ln the process of problem-solving emphasis was on
the network, figure analysis and the pragmatic,
emotional and technical levels. ln the different
stages of business learning the focus was on the
repetition and application of learning, new modes of
thinking and unlearning.
