Tampereen yliopiston laboratoriopalveluiden muutosjohtamisen toteuttaminen: työntekijöiden näkökulma
Abstrakti
The University of Tampere has established Laboratory Services, a new unit to which the employees from the School of Medicine and BioMediTech have been transferred. Furthermore, the activities of these two units were combined and centralized to the new building. The purpose of this study was to explore how the employees experienced these changes. Based on the results, communication, participation, empowerment and trust between employees and the top management need some improvements.
