Oppisopimuskoulutuksen toteutuminen työpaikoilla – lähestymistapana institutionaalinen teoria
Abstrakti
The purpose of vocational apprenticeship is to
guarantee occupational qualifications and eligibility for tertiary education by providing opportunity for both conceptual and practical learning.
The employer organizations have the responsibility of providing the opportunity for on-the-job learning and applying theoretical studies.
However, apprenticeship has been criticized for
the shortage of conceptual and theoretical learning, which has been due to work organizations’
insufficient capacity to some extent. The aim is to
study, what kinds of conditions promote or prevent the opportunities for appropriate learning
at work-sites. The theoretical approach is institutional theory and content analysis is applied in
the data analysis.
