Työntekijöiden ”ääni” suomalaisyritysten HRM-käytäntöjen ja tuottavuuden välistä yhteyttä välittävänä tekijänä
Kysely- ja rekisteriaineistoon perustuva tilastollinen analyysi
Abstrakti
By using Statistics Finland’s Meadow survey data and register-based data, this study explores
the extent to which the relationship between
Finnish companies’ HRM practices and productivity is influenced by whether the information about such practices is received from the
management or employees. Furthermore, we
examine the extent to which the results differ
between companies that produce standardized
vs. customized products. The results show that
it is possible to increase understanding of the
relationship between HRM practices and productivity in both groups by taking into account
also employees’ views on the implementation of
such practices.
