Abstrakti

The Foucaultian repressive power apparatus is herited from the Classical age (concept by M. Foucault) to the modern days. As a model of exercising power, the repressive apparatus is incapable of communicating with the otherness represented by women, young people, and different-minded. The »juridico-discursive» power apparatus described by Foucault is only able to dominate, repress and limit people. Its roots are in the absolute power of Medieval kings. This article leads us to the nucleus of power of the local organisation of the Center Party in Finland. In the form of fiction this article shows how the repressive power model and apparatus lead to repetitive excluding acts inside the organisation as the goal to centralize the power on few (agrarians). As a consequence of this excluding power, there is also blindness in the policy maneuvering of the party at the level of the state.
