In recent years, there has been a growing interest in entrepreneurial universities, driven by higher education institutions taking proactive roles in response to changing environments. However, critical examinations of entrepreneurial cultures in universities of applied sciences remain scarce. There is a need for a more comprehensive understanding, especially regarding the extent and terms of entrepreneurial culture implementation, as well as the alignment of views among various stakeholders, including teachers and students. This research contributes to critical entrepreneurship education research by examining the entrepreneurial culture in universities of applied sciences from both teachers' activities and students' perspectives. Utilizing quantitative data from 1311 higher education teachers and 724 students, it sheds light on their views on the entrepreneurial culture in Finnish universities of applied sciences. This insight serves as a basis for further development initiatives aimed at aligning these perspectives and enhancing entrepreneurial culture.
