Abstract

The Society for the History of Technology awarded the prize for the best article published in Tekniikan Waiheita in 2021-2022 at its autumn meeting at the Tekniikan Museum on 11 December. The winner of the award docent Petri Paju was awarded the prize for his article "Atomic priesthood, nuclear semiotics and Finland. In the margins of thinking about the future of nuclear waste management." (Tekniikan Waiheita 2/2022). The article discusses the Finnish debate on the final disposal of nuclear waste and how to warn future generations about nuclear waste.
