Abstract

The quality of education depends on how we define the product and the customer in the education process. ln this article, the definition of quality of education is considered from the point of view of the arranging of short courses. A taxonomy is described for controlling the process of educational development: surveying educational needs, setting objectives, designing and implementing courses, and evaluating. A quality system for education based on ISO 9000 is also described.
