Vol. 20 No. 2 (2020): Open and crowd-based peer review

The peer-reviewed articles of this issue differ in regards to themes as well as time periods under study. They are, however, connected by the method of peer review: they all went through an open and crowd-based peer review. By piloting this method of peer review, Ennen ja nyt journal contributes to renewing and developing one of the most central forms of academic quality control, the peer review.
