Abstract

The article looks at the challenges facing vocational adult education. New technology and new forms of organization of work are changing work and occupations. They also impose great demands on the training of educators in the field of adult education. The article describes two adult education experiments being conducted at the Hämeenlinna Vocational College are aimed at clarifying and solving the problems.
