Personnel development as a part of the management function
Abstract
A certain action strategy in the working life brings results only when it has been internalized by every member of the organization and when the personnel has at its disposal a range of means appropriate for achieving results with. The article describes, for instance, personnel development in the form of principles by which new, creative competence can be developed in the working life.
